For insurance, regulatory and health & safety reasons, we CAN NOT remove hazardous waste materials, including paint or paint cans full of paint, noxious chemicals, solvents, motor oils, petrol cans, asbestos, raw meat and fish, medical or biological waste (including faeces), or any toxic substances.

No. Provided we can access the waste, and it is clear what materials are to be taken and what are to stay – there is entirely no need for you to be present. You will be notified by phone and email when the team arrives on-site and also when the job has been completed (including before and after photos of where the waste was located). If any problems arise on site, the team will call you to talk them through.
We provide a man & van service to collect and dispose of junk that’s too big for your bin.
